Overview – The Candidate will be responsible for handling our website, Instagram, Facebook, Ads, other social media platforms and various other related tasks. The candidate will be responsible to monitor the metrics of each account and look for new opportunities to grow the metrics of our followings/sales.

Website – It will be the candidates responsibility to update all SEO for products on the website and ensure the website categories are up to date. They will also be responsible for setting up promotions on various products to accelerate sales. We also need to revamp our website and the candidate will be responsible for directing the revamp based on research of what customers are looking for.

Instagram – The candidate will be responsible for posting our daily posts and creating stories to engage with viewers. They will also be responsible for instructing our designers what images they need for their post and coming up with the sayings to go with the posts as well as Hashtags.

Facebook – The candidate will be responsible for posting our daily posts and creating stories to engage with viewers. They will also be responsible for instructing our designers what images they need for their post and coming up with the sayings to go with the posts as well as Hashtags. (This is usually the same post as insta)

Other social media platforms – We would want the candidate to research into other platforms such as tiktok and set up the social media posting on the platform and grow the following base.

Ads – The candidate will be responsible for setting up and monitoring our Google Ads and Facebook Ads. We would give a specific budget for the campaign and the candidate will need to know/research how the SEO and campaigns work to ensure we get the best traction and great results with our ads.

Part of the job role of all the above is to monitor the metrics and ensure we stay on course with the targets we set out. We will be happy for the candidate to spend time researching on google, forums and YouTube on how SEO/ads work so that they can ensure it performs in the best possible way.
