January 4, 2020Color Festival is an electronic dance music festival that incorporates the element of color powders from the Indian festival of ‘Holi‘combined with modern electronic dance music.
It is showcased by both international and thousands of patrons, dressed in white, who come together to share in music, dance, performance art and visualizations, with a uniformed ‘color-splash’ which will take place every hour. After a minimum of 3 ‘color-splashes’ the audience will be completely covered by the colored powder, depicting a true ‘Rainbow Nation’ feel.
At this point, race/color cannot be determined and all those in attendance will come together as one. We view this festival as a true ‘nation building’ experienced local artists/DJs.
Color festivals 2020
The Festival of Colors is inspired by the traditional Hindu festival Holi, which usually takes place in March and marks the coming of spring. On this day, people throw powdered color, at each other. For one day the differences between backgrounds, beliefs and sex are set aside and everyone is considered equal.
The next Annual Color Run will be beyond spectacular. The usual color run will hit the 5km color track and this edition will have more color stations as well as a surprise colored bubble zone.
There will be new experiences which will be on whole new level of heaven on earth. A color storm of happiness is predicted complete with color showers experienced everywhere.
