Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and orchestrating seamless events? Janeson Events is seeking a dynamic and creative Event Planner to join our team in Nairobi. As an Event Planner, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our clients’ visions to life and ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.

– Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences.

– Plan and execute a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social occasions.

– Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.

– Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure cost-effectiveness.

– Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events.

– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.

– Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.

– Collaborate with other in-house teams in order to deliver to clients

– Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

– Knowledge of event management software is a plus.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

– Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

– At least1 year of experience required
