Janeson is seeking a skilled and experienced Telesales & Outbound Marketing Pro to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting our diverse range of Janeson products to our target market through outbound marketing initiatives.

About the Role:

• You’ll develop and execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns via phone calls to generate leads and drive sales.
• You’ll build strong relationships with potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of Janeson products.
• You’ll qualify leads, identify customer needs, and convert them into paying customers.
• You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound marketing strategies by providing valuable insights and feedback.
• You’ll maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions, fostering a strong brand image for Janeson.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 1 years of experience in successful telesales and outbound marketing.
• Possesses a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Is a confident and articulate communicator with excellent phone skills.
• Has a strong understanding of B2B or B2C sales methodologies.
• Is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.
• Is proficient in using excel.
